Salamander Fire & Security Ltd was established in October 2000. We have grown steadily over the last 19 years and we now have offices and a warehouse based in Redditch, Worcestershire.
This position in the heart of the Midlands enables us to operate all over England and Wales; we have engineers based in Cornwall and London, as well as the Midlands.
We pride ourselves on our quality of service and installation we offer our customers, supported by our accreditation with NSI NACOSS Gold and Fire Gold, BAFE Maintenance for Fire, Emergency Lights & Fire Extinguishers, ISO 9001:2015, Cyber Essentials and Safe Contractor ensuring that both business and domestic customers get the right product supported by excellent customer service. We have over 40 years experience within the industry and use the full extent of our vast knowledge to provide the right solution for you. All of our installations comply with insurance specifications and the relevant statutory regulations, including PD6662:2017 and BS8243:2010.
We are compliant with many of the police forces across England and Wales and our Managing Director is on the FSB (Federation of Small Businesses) monthly report panel.

Salamander Fire & Security Ltd is well known for its high standards of service, we ensure that all of our customers have the right security system, at the right price. We also only use the best tried and tested products which enable us to give extended 24 month warranty for all new installations.
At present, we have a customer base of over 5500 of our own alarm systems spread across the UK, of which we maintain the majority of these systems on a 24 hour engineering cover. Many of these systems are monitored through an Alarm Receiving Centre.

All of our members of staff are Police checked and fully DBS checked so that we can work with schools, nurseries and other delicate areas that require a professional, trustworthy company.
